All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number must be issued within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase. An RMA number is valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued. Refunds A processing fee of 10 percent will apply to the value of merchandise returned for a refund.
